You are bidding on a super clean 85 Corvette, with the Z51 performance package. This Vette is a true "turn-key" driver. Everything works, including ice-cold air, cruise, power seat, power windows and upgraded stereo, with Ipod input. The car has like new tires, runs and drives very well, plus performs as you would expect, for this vintage Corvette. I recently drove the car on a little business trip, about 400 miles round trip and she performed flawlessly. It is just a nice old car, not even any drips of oil on the garage floor! Take a close look at the pictures, as you can see, it has been well cared for and no it is not completely original. It has had a very high quality repaint, a couple years back. I would trade this paint for a worn out factory job, any day. It just looks very good, no tape lines, no runs and a great shine. At the time of the repaint, the previous owner added the subtle ghost flames. Again; it's a pro job, painted and smooth, with the clear over the top. Love them, or hate them, they could be removed by a decent body and paint man. Personally; I think they add a little to the car, kind of separate it from the crowd, but only if you look closely. I've had a number of people admire the car and never even notice, until I pointed it out. As I stated above, this car is very nice, not perfect, but a very, very nice 85. You will be hard pressed to kind a nicer Corvette, for the money. Remember; you can pick this car up and drive it straight to your local cruise-in or car show, it's ready to go.
