Vehicle Detail
This is one of the greatest trucks that toyota ever made. The 2.7 4 cylinder motor mated to the 5 speed manual transmission is not only fuel efficient 22/27mpg but powerful and bullet proof. The truck has had it's bed professionally line-x'd and the leer fiberglass cap has been upgraded with a Yakima roof rack and basket. The cap alone is worth $1000.This tacoma has had a professionally installed 2.5in suspension lift using downey coil springs and bilsteins in the front and downey leaf springs in the rear.I am only selling because I have a baby on the way and no longer need a pickup. It has a brand new battery. The tires are BFG 33x9.5 and I have two spares, the spares have never been used and the tires on the truck have about 50% tread left.Air conditioning blows cold and the radio has been moved to the center console to deter theft. (the radio has a remote control so you don't have to open the center console every time you want to change the channel!) This truck is super solid in the snow and the 4 wheel drive works great! the hubs are manual locking hubs so you have to lock them when you shift into 4 wheel drive. There is a little surface rust on the decorative chrome on the front bumper but that is it. There is also a small (the size of a nickel) dent on the passenger side door. You should be able to see by the pictures that this truck is in fantastic shape. I bought this truck from a toyota dealership in 2001 so I think I am the only owner.I have taken this truck on many long trips and it has never let me down. visit http://gallery.me.com/gianadda#100109 for larger pictures and a video of the truck starting and a brief "walk around"
