Vehicle Detail

I have 1966 Chevrolet C-10 Fleetside truck up for auction. I built the motor and transmission about a year ago. The transmission is a TH-400 out of a 1965 C-10. I completely rebuilt every componant with all upgraded parts from Oregon Performance Transmissions including a 2200 stall converter, and a new Lokar shift kit. It has a rebuilt 411 posi-track rear end, and new carrier bearing for the driveshaft and all new universal joints. The motor is extremely strong and sounds and runs great! It currently has around 5,000 miles on it since the rebuild. It's a 420 HP 350, four bolt main, motor, bored .030 over with all new Summit 750 4bbl - manual choke - mechanical secondaries - carburetor, New HEI distributer, Lunati 490/490 camshaft, New Holley heads with 184cc intake, 68cc exhaust with new 2.020 intake valves and 1.6 exhaust valves, new high rise Wiende intake, black with red lettering "Chevrolet" air cleaner and valve covers, chrome oil pan, double roller timing chain and gear, new water pump, chrome timing chain cover, stainless steel braided fuel lines and heater core lines, new heater core, chrome/black flex fan, ceramic coated long headers, complete stainless steel 2.5 Magnaflow X-Pipe exhaust and muffler system that sounds fantastic. There is minor rust bubbles starting up on the front bottom edge of the hood and I did put some steel honeycomb and bondo in the lower back cab corners. The entire truck was sanded down and painted with NAPA self etching primer and then two coats of the paint you see in the picture in my garage a year ago. Also, at the same time, I put in the new pine bed with ten coats of weather and UV protected True Value spar varnish with all new zinc coated hardware. The motor and Trans cost me a little over $4,000 to build so I'm reluctant to sell it at this price, but it must go. My name is Justin, and you can reach me through this add or by text or cell phone at 619-985-3400 anytime. Thanks for viewing.
