1955 E Series half-ton Studebaker Pickup Truck - This beautifully restored pickup is an original New Mexico truck, that was carefully restored to original condition. The existing original six volt system can be upgraded to 12 volt easily, new radial white-wall tires, clear California title. This truck was originally specially ordered with the larger 245 six-cylinder engine by the original owner, all the other trucks with this configuration were made for shipping overseas where they were very popular due to their rugged reliability. The serial number is E614617 and the original stamped plate is mounted in the cab, all the paperwork, receipts etc. are included and date back to the original owner including detailed receipts of parts, paint, etc. Previous owner did a two-year ground up restoration and bought truck from original owner, present owner upgraded with new wide white wall radial tires and had seat and door panels redone in the original style for safety and comfort. The mileage was zeroed out when the engine was taken apart for complete restoration, 590 is the mileage since restoration. The truck is located in San Luis Obispo CA.
