Original '69 Camaro Z28 This is a rare untouched original, numbers matching, X77, 302 DZ, 4 speed, 411 posi track 12 bolt main, cowl induction hood, with endura bumpers. This car has been thoroughly inspected with photo documented proof of originality. All parts numbers are correct. The VIN# on engine block and transmission match the VIN# on the car. It has original PTB markings on the firewall, and production line X77 marking behind rear seat. All parts numbers have been photographed and put into a photo album. This car runs and drives great! There are no known mechanical issues. Everything works like it should, windows, gauges, AM radio, even the clock. All the glass is in great condition, no chips or cracks. The undercarriage is in excellent shape, no rust! The interior is also in very good condition. The body is straight and solid with only very minimal rust. It has the original paint, cortez silver with black stripes. The paint has been tested with an electric paint meter with an average reading of 3.0. This Camaro has the rare factory installed endura bumpers. Only 5% of all '69's came this way, and most were on SS or RS Camaros. The only parts not original to this car are the radiator and the water pump. Both were replaced by the original owner, it also has an aftermarket 8-track tape player attached under dash, as was typical during the time. Also included is the original owner's manual, in the plastic sleeve, and the warranty/protection plan folder. Unfortunately the protect-o-plate is missing. However, the original owner claims to still have it at home and is attempting to locate it. If I do not have it by the time the car sells, I will pass on the contact information, so you may pursue in acquiring it. The '69 Camaro is one of the most desirable and sought after muscle cars, and true originals are prized most of all. A car is original only once, even if restored to factory condition, it is still a restored car, and not a true original. There are many experts out there who have perfected the art of cloning and deceit, but you will not be deceived with this car.
