1949 Plymouth is restorable, but best suited for parts. Engine turns, does not run. Rocker panels and floors are rusty. Trunk seems to be solid. Doors, fenders, hood, trunk, and all glass are in fair shape and comes with an extra hood. Grill is in excellant shape. Radiator is like new. New upolstery for front and rear seat. There are extra parts in the car. It was a project car many years ago. No title.
