Same as the Chrysler and Dodge Conquest TSI/ Mitsubishi Starion ESiR originally a 5-speed car with a 4-cylinder turbo motor"G54B" This Starquest was originally built for grassroots motorsports magazine and competed in the challenge. Goes like you wouldnt beleive and handles amazingly as well. I am really kicking myself allready for doing this but right now I dont have a choice and need to concentrate on other projects. i did not do this swap but will provide as much info as I can along the way. Its like a fox body Ford Mustang with IRS. Car currently runs but shuts off due to a bad altenator. I fixed the wiring and changed some relays that I think messed up the alternator and the car seems to run fine now. This car doesnt have extensive mods but as I said is really fun and scares people everwhere it goes. There are a few details that need some attention to finish off the swap. Car needs work on the winsheild wiper motor and could use a better radiator " I will include an aluminum one I was going to install" Speedo doesnt work so the mileage is off by about 3k or so. Could use a tune up and a new belt "minimal work" . The IAC needs a new clip on the harness side to work "cheap and easy"> This vehicle will need to be towed by the new owner because of the problems mentioned before. Fix all the little details and it would make it across the country without a problem but untill then it will be sold as a project on an as is no warramy implied basis. Car was from the south and has NO RUST OR ROT trust me. Wash and wax it and do a little bit of work and have fun with the car! unknown mileage on motor: Explorer 5.0L 302 V8 "Has the GT40 Equivilant heads and intake" Crane Speed Density Cam No A/C 86 Mustang harness with TMS Mass jumper harness kit.
