The Roadmaster is Pennsylvania emissions and safety inspected. The tires are excellent. The interior is very good the floor mat is not even worn the original protective mats showing no wear are stored in the trunk and aftermarket mats are in use now. This car is 18 years young and drives as new you will not be disappointed. The is no vinyl top to hold water or rust the roof its a smooth top looks sharp and no issues.
