2010 Mercedes E350 4-Matic Up for auction is my 2010 Mercedes Benz E350 4-Matic AMG to assume my current lease or Purchase. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD SALE!!!, this is a lease assumption of the current lease. What that means is that you will take over my lease contract. The lease is for 39 months with 10K mi/yr with a residual at the end of lease of $34,854.25 New Lessee must QUALIFY with Mercedes Benz Financial to take over lease of remaning 34 payments. My monthly payments are $636.35 + tax = $674.53 total with MI tax rate of 6.00%. It will depend on what city and state you live, will calculate your tax rate. I will start the bidding at $1000 down to take over my lease, plus the new lessee will have to pay a months rent in advance to Mercedes Benz and also the Lease transfer fee. The transfer fee will range from $595-695 depending where you live. The transfer fee and the rent payment in advance will be paid directly to Mercedes Benz Financial NOT me, the down payment monies will be paid directly to me. This car is up for auction as well as transfer lease. The lease is for 39 months, with 10,000 miles per year The car was purchased in March 2010.
