THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION! I bought this vehicle for the purpose of reselling it on ebay. I have a high school friend who owns an auto dealership in Ky. He allows me to check out his trade ins and lease returns for this purpose. When I find one that I'm interested in, I have it checked out mechanically. If the vehicle needs only minor repair, I buy it and have the repairs done. This F-250 needed only a cleaning. This F-250 runs and drives great. The engine(6.8 liter Triton 10cyl.), transmission(automatic) preform as expected, with no unusual noises, leaks or smoking, from either, warm or cold. The transfer case works as expected with no problems shifting in and out of 4X4. The truck is equipped with 16" steel wheels, bedliner, front tow hooks, slide in trailer hitch, tow/haul feature, am/fm stereo, dual front air bags, vinyl interior, front(vinyl) and rear(cloth) bench seats, and a/c. All of the afore mentioned equipment is in good working order. There is some slight wear on the rear seat and a split in the driver's side of the front seat. The GVWR is 88000lbs(front GAWR-4800lbs and rear GAWR-6048lbs). The axle code is C1, this denotes that the rearend is a limited slip differential with a 3:73 gear. The wheelbase is 172". The truck also has 4 wheel antilock brakes. The exterior has some minor dings, and scratches in a few places around the truck. The tires are Firestone Transforce AT's, size LT265/75R16. The front tires are @85% and the rears are @60%. The rear tires are a little noisy. There are several dings, dents and scratches around the exterior of this truck. The most noticeable of these are a follows; the top and surface of the tailgate(molding on top of tailgate is also missing), passenger side of the bed, driver's door and fender( I tried to show these in the pictures). I'm told that this truck is a one owner bought new and fleet serviced by a large company in Louisville, Ky. However, I have no proof of this claim.
