A highly sought after vehicle that is getting tougher and tougher to find. This is an original straight 6 automatic car with a power glide transmission. The engine and trans are in the car and working great. This car comes with all working glass. . This vehicle has tons of potential. The 59 chevy 4 dr bubble top is one of the most sought after vehicles today. These cars are getting tough to find. This is a power steering and disk brake car. A great project and a highly valuable automobile when completed. This is a car worth re-doing. A very solid body with all the suspension, cross member and rear end in place. Air shocks in the rear. The car is solid and doesn’t need new floor boards or trunk. This car spent most of its life in a garage in Newfoundland. I just drove it to Ontario 3 weeks ago. I hate to sell this car I will never be able to afford to replace it but due to lack of space, it must go. This was the same car my father owned. I’ve included a picture of him with it in NFLD. These cars have class!!! The left rear door has a dent. The grille and front chrome is all there and in good shape. The lower valance under the bumper will need some body work. Easy to repair. The trunk and hood are in real nice shape. The doors look great with no real issues. The interior should be done, but again we drove this 3000 miles last month and have had it in numerous car shows. Complete interior kits are available. The dash is in fair shape, will need touching up. Original radio. The roof has surface patina but is in great shape. Overall the body is easily repairable with no issues. The frame is in excellent shape. I am just trying to describe this vehicle 100% accurate so you know exactly what you are buying. The car does need work but will be one excellent vehicle that can be restored to great shape. There is an electrical issue the battery gets drained after 3 days ,so we disconnect the terminal and its all good ,starts every time. The quarters are very solid. All the rear and front panels are in great shape. I also have a set of new tail lamp lens that go with the car.(even though it doesn’t need it.) The car has all its trim. A few pieces can use some polishing and some dings removed. If you are in the market for a very workable 1959 Belair this is the car for you...A vehicle with great potential. This car needs time spent on it more than anything.. The windshield has a crack. If your in the market to restore one of the most sought after Chevys today look no further.
