Engine and Automatic Trans is in great shape. Good compression on the engine. Exhaust is in good shape. Chrome and paint is good, Most of the surface rust was treatd or removed. The paint is Original Honda Charcoal gray/Black. The side covers are good, no broken tabs. Passenger Back Rest in good shape. Bike runs briefly and stalls. The CARBS need a rebuild kit. The floats stick and leak. I just do not have time to rebuild them at this time. The rebuild kit costs about $60 on ebay. With a few hours of work on the carbs, you will have great low mileage bike.
