1979 Volkswagen Super Beetle Classic Convertible - Karmann Cabriolet - 1600 cc Flat Four Dual Port Fuel Injected Engine - Black Empi Eight Spoke Wheels -Black paint, white top, white interior. We purchased this car 14 years ago for our daughter to attend High School AP classes - it was the car "to die for" and was her daily driver for three years. We had the interior professionally re-done in authentic VW vinyl and it still looks great! It was kept in our garage all this time but hasn't been driven much in recent years - just around the neighborhood. Now it's time for someone else to have some fun! Last USA production year of the Beetle! A few small nicks, dings and very minor rust - floor pans are solid, speakers, but no radio. Needs new tires. Starts right up and runs well - Looks good - Head turner - A Fun Car! Odometer says 4, 810 miles - am sure that means 104, 810 miles. Comes with black boot for convertible top. Clock still ticking! Hate to let it go, but am moving to a house without a garage. We love this car and would love to see it go to a VW enthusiast - it's been to lots of VW club meetings and events!
