IT WAS A MANUFACTURER'S BUY BACK. THE PREVIOUS OWNER BROUGHT IT BACK FOR NO POWER, ISSUES WITH THE UREA DIESEL FUEL IN THE EXHAUST FOR THE CLEAN EMMISSIONS, AND THE DEALER TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO REAPAIR, SO BMW BOUGHT IT BACK. BEFORE BMW OF NORTH AMERICA SOLD IT, THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND SIGNED OFF ON IT. WE HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO SHOW THAT. THE TITLE WILL ALSO SHOW THE MANUFACTURER'S BUYBACK. IT WAS SIMPLY AN ISSUE OF REPLACING THE CCC MAIN COMPUTER AND REPLACING THE UREA FLUID AND REPROGRAMMING THE CAR AND IT RUNS PEFECT NOW. THE UREA FLUID IS SUPPOSED TO BE CHANGED PERIODICALLY UNDER THE FREE MAINTAINANCE, HOWEVER THE DEALER NEVER DID RPLACE IT ORIGINALLY UNDER THE FREE MAINTAINANCE.
