Up for Auction is a; 1979 GMC Jimmy 4x4 This Truck is Not Running, but all 4wd & transmission were in good working condition when parked. I was told Engine block is a chevy 350 The engine is missing many parts. Truck will need new engine. Body is in good condition overall except for one dent on top of hood & one small dent on top of cab where tree limb fell but minor in my opinion, but also cracked up the passenger side windshield, the truck did not have a dent in it until this occurred, but again in my opinion all is pretty minor. As far as rust goes the drivers side floor pan has several ate out rust holes the size of an eraser head, and maybe some on passenger side, but from my experience with these trucks it is pretty typical, and I have seen much worse. the bottom of the doors & thresholds seem solid. The interior is in decent shape. Paint faded on top & sides, but truck has been sitting a couple of years. One thing that surprised me is that the rear tail-gate window crank works very smooth. The truck has all factory Wheels, center caps, and rings, tires are not great but hold air, and has spare. Truck has removable top. I was told truck has $600 worth of lockers in front axle, making it pos-trac when 4wd locked in. I have clear Texas blue title in hand. Please feel free to ask any questions.
