Vehicle Detail

I have here my 2002 Ford Ranger Edge up for sale. I bought this truck a little over a year ago with a blowed up motor from a dealer. From that point on I have been working on this truck. It has a rebuilt 302 out of a 1969 f-100 the heads were rebuilt as well. It has a mild Doug Herbert cam that gives it a nice sound. It has an aluminum edelbrock intake and an edelbrock 650 carb. It has Holley high pressure fuel pump, MSD ignition box and coil and a Summit racing distributor. It also has cast aluminum valve covers and breathers. The transmisson is a C5 3-speed auto out of 1982 f-100 just rebuilt with a new torque converter. It has a B&M ratchet shifter in floor. It has dual exhaust with 3in chrome tips out the back with an offbrand flowmaster muffler thas sounds great. There was nothing cut or removed for this to be installed. The wiring was done through the factory wiring harness and all the factory gauges work except the tach and speedo which were run by sensors. There are few things that need to be done to make this a perfect dailydriver/hotrod. For one this truck came with 3.73 gears from the factory which is great for an O/D trans, but way to low for a 3-speed. I have used set of 2.73 gears out of a 02 mustang gt not installed that will go with the truck that can be installed for about $300. The truck needs a aftermarket speedo and tach. It will also need bigger radiator if you live in an area with heavy traffic or plan on playing in it. It has the factory radiator in it now with an electric fan on a relay. I've been driving it back and forth to work for the last two weeks and it does fine if I go the speed limit and cruise around town. It runs on the warm side if I stay in it, but thats got alot to do with it being so low geared. All of these are easy and cheap details to complete. I have put about 500 to 1000 miles on it since got it out of the shop. All of the work was professionally done at my local speed shop. I can produce receipts if necessary. I have invested right at $9,000 so my asking price is more than reasonable. I have no need to sell just kind of lost interest due to the fact I can only buy a piece at time to complete. This is a tight little sleeper truck that hasn't been all chopped up. The reserve is set to sell but I won't give it away. Please do not bid if you don't have the money. I have clear title in hand.
