Needs very little… Just traded, here is a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport four door with four wheel drive and a very good running car but there is a slight miss at an idle and I own too many cars to get busy with any of them. When at idle the miss is there and it is small and when you accelerate at all the miss seems to go away. Going down the road the car is a pleasure to drive and the motor is quiet and dry and the automatic shifts perfectly. Good tires, brakes and exhaust, you can drive this car anywhere in the country safely and comfortably on a moments notice. The body doesn’t have any major dents or marks and the paint is nice and the car looks good from any angle. A small spot of surface rust on the bottom of the passenger rear door but no holes in the car and a clean undercarriage. The interior is in very nice condition with nice seats, carpets, dash and cargo area and no bad smells either. If you were looking at Cherokees and didn’t mind doing the little bit that this one needs, here is a nice car that will be sold as is with the miss and with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via paypal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 5 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via Master Card or Visa however payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or paypal unless prior authorization is made with me.
