Original MSRP was $93,375. It has a clean AutoCheck, has never been damaged, painted, or smoked in. It is covered by the balance of the Jaguar factory warranty until Jan 2011. The Ebony paint is flawless, and the Caramel interior with twin stitching and Burl Walnut Veneer looks and smells new. The XKR comes loaded with most features as standard, but this car also has the 20" Senta Wheels, and the Jaguar Premium Surround Sound system with Navigation. This car looks, runs, and drives just like you would expect from an 700 mile car...because it is a brand new car. It even smells new inside!! This car has to be seen to be believed. TERMS OF SALE


Payment

The following terms of sale apply to all of our eBay Motors auctions. We accept certified checks, wire transfer or cash (in person), only. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.


Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. We accept only PayPal, wire transfer or cashier"s checks for deposits.

Payment of Balance Due

The remaining balance due plus applicable fees and taxes will be paid within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. This means all funds must clear in order for release of title and vehicle.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Southern Automotive Specialties has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We welcome any buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Non-Paying Bidder

Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted. Please only bid what you are willing to pay. If the reserve is not met, we may contact the high bidder to oofer the second chance option.
