This 2003 Infiniti Q45 Luxury edition has a 340HP 4.5 liter V8 engine with an automatic transmission. This Q45 comes equipped with the Journey Package which includes: DVD based Infiniti Navigation system with 7” LCD Display, Intelligent cruise control, power rear sunshade and manual rear side sunshades. This Q45 also comes equipped with power steering, four wheel ABS disk braking system, traction control, stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, power door locks with keyless entry and theft deterrent system, power windows, dual power heated mirrors, dual power heated seats with drivers side memory system, leather interior with wood grain trim, wood/leather wrapped multi-function steering wheel, power tilt/telescoping steering wheel, privacy glass, power height adjustable xenon headlights, digital climate control with separate settings for passenger and driver, rear air, moon roof, 17 inch chrome wheels, dual front/curtain/side airbags and a Bose am/fm/cassette sound system with an in-dash mounted cd-changer with stereo controls on the steering wheel. We have two keys/keyless entry remotes, the original owners manuall and the MSRP window sticker for this Q45. VEHICLE CONDITION: This Infiniti Q45 is in superb condition in and out. It runs and drives perfect. The body and paint are both in great shape with a few minor imperfections from normal wear. The glass is in great shape and the interior is super clean with no rips, tears or burns. This Q45 has NOT been smoked in and has NOT been in any accidents. This Infiniti is Carfax clean and certified. The Wheels and tires are in great shape with about 60% tread remaining on the tires. Everything is working perfectly on this Q45. We do not offer any sort of financing. Please have all funds or pre- approved financing in place before making your final bid. Payment must be made in full with in 7 days of the close of the auction. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility. Deposit To secure the vehicle the winning bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or the vehicle has not been paid in full with in 7 days after the close of the auction then we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to another qualified buyer. Additional Fees & Taxes We are a wholesale dealer who does not believe in charging any of our customers any additional documentation fees. An 9.3% Sales tax and title/registration fees will be accessed to all Arizona residents and or customers who plan on registering the vehicle in the State of Arizona with in 365 days of the purchase date. All out of state customers are responsible for all city, county, state taxes and fees as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility to be transported. Upon request we will assist our customers in locating a reasonable transporter. Once the vehicle has left our facility we assume no responsibility to damages left to the vehicle. Warranty All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty or guaranties. We do not offer any sort of warranties that can be purchased. A manufacturers warranty may still apply. An extended warranty may be purchased through the Manufacturer or a third party agency.
