It's time to part with one of my favorites, the housing market collapse has hurt my business so a toy has got to go. I purchased this BMW in May of 2006 and have driven it approximately 5000 miles per year since then. All of the maintenance has been performed at the prescribed times. The spark plugs were changed at 110,000 miles, I just recently replaced the alternator and with it the coolant. The tires have approximately half their tread remaining, one of them is new as a road hazard took out the left rear. Those of you who know these cars are aware of their capabilities with 300+ horsepower, incredible handling for a larger car and the smooth ride. All systems of the car function as they were made. The pictures speak for the car, there is one small gouge in the molded piece below the driver door and some very small stone chips on the hood that I have touched up, the windshield has a few chips (repaired) and the seal will need to be replaced (not leaking) as it is dry. Also, the Auto Check is showing a lower score than I would expect. If you have read it, you will see that one of the items pulling down the score is a reposession in 2003, there were no problems with the car as a result and the other is the lien I have on the car. I don't understand why the reposession is bringing down the score. As I have mentioned in the listing, the moment that reserve is met, I will pay off the small note on it and the title will be on its way. I have also decided to have the windshield replaced to eliminate the hassle for the new owner.
