Vehicle Detail

1971 Midget Lots of work done including new top, battery, hoses ,starter, motor mounts, fuel pump, timing chain gears and seal, carpet and insulation,Wire wheels and tires in good shape, nice spare and jack and wrench in trunk, brake pads and shoes.Head was rebuilt and all cylinders are 170psi. Weber carb, I bought locally from a guy who was restoring and ran out of money. He also had body redone professionally.I finished it for myself only to find i cant fit in it, i can barely move it. Starts and runs fine and all lites and gauges work, but my feet push at least 2 pedals at the same time, so I never licensed or insured, and have not had on street.Seats and uphostery are fine and cassette radio works. I have nice black"MG" canvas seat covers and the original su carbs that were rebuilt and ran fine plus a bunch of leftover stuff that you can leave or take.. Starting at what i have in it.Car is not perfect and will be an "as-is" sale Email if any questions or want to see it..................To answer a few questins i have received.. I cant guarantee how far car will drive..people ask me if it will make it to Seattle or Boston I dont know, but it should... You have to choke it to start it and leave choked for a few minutes til warmed...The choke is a knob on dash you pull out and turn slightly...then turn back and push in when warmed. >>Car is not wavy at all bad pix i guess. Looks very nice in my opinion. Has not been wrecked and rebuilt. Has had bondo applied at some point..but not much(holes from stainless trim have been filled, and some on front of hood) I believe quarters and front fenders were replaced with new. No dents that i can see. Paint looks relatively new, Reverse lites dont work..there is no switch in trans and never was..so i guess was an option. Squirter motor gave me probs..but got better by itself. Passenger squirter missing.Bumpers are not perfect. A couple of tiny bubbles in door pillar, otherwise no rust spots. Everything else seems fine to me, but again that is in my driveway. OPEN CLEAR TITLE
