1956 pontiac star chief 2 door hard top. has been parked for 25 years was disassembled to paint then never touched, all trim was in trunk, has nice straight body, little rust in door corners and some floor, not all rotted out. has most everything that i can see to be complete, minus the tail light lenses, i did get it to start and run, untill the carb flooded. floats stuck after 25 years. but it did run smooth for around 3 minutes or so. and transmission shifted into gear. not a bad start for a star chief restore , because you wont have to track down all the hard to find parts, its all pretty much here. has original 316.5 motor with hydromatic trans , for what im asking as a starting bid i payed more in parts for my last starched i restored. buy this one cheap or pay 20k plus to buy a very nice one. happy bidding, and serious questions call me at 650 793 7998 lonnie I reserve the right to end auction early due to selling locally.
