Vehicle Detail
This motorcycle, for being 40 years old, is in overall excellent condition- the pictures speak for themselves! This bike has been stored for the last 25 years in a barn in Bakersfield, CA. The paint is in great shape, yet there are a few scratched here and there that can be seen in the pictures. The chrome shines like new and is also in great condition it has some small pitting here and there. The front fender has a small crease, and the muffler has a small scrap but they are not bad, (this is reflected in the pictures). The bike is a three speed automatic. It runs great and shifts through all gears with no problems. The carburetor was rebuilt and the gas tank was cleaned about one year ago. The following are new OEM Honda Parts that have been replaced within the past year: Both front and back brake leversHi Low Switch for front headlightFront headlight bulbBack taillight bulb Horn (still does not work properly- it sounds weak) Might need to be adjusted Ignition (comes with two keys)Carburetor rebuilt kitNew Gas Lines from gas tank to carburetorGas CapAir FilterSpark PlugKick StarterFront Shock BootsSeat has been recovered (NOT OEM) Inner Tubes in both front and back tires Battery is new (sent me wrong one for that year- it works on bike) Since wiring harness had been cut previously I installed it anyway. This bike is not a 100 point bike, but would make a great addition to your collection. Or, would be a great first bike for a kid or novice rider.
