Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my 1995 Honda track bike. This bike has many upgrades and has placed in the the top 10 nationally in WERA (Not with me on it) It is set up for TRACK USE ONLY! It has Fox adjustable rear suspension, Arrow exhaust system. Beasley fiberglass body, custom gauge panel with tach, temp digital temp gauge, and lights for neutral, oil pressure. Front end has new springs, seals and modified porting. The 16" front wheel has been replaced with an F4 17" Honda wheel. The mileage (7500) is a guess, the bike does not have a speedo. I bought the bike in 2004 and that owner said it had 5500 miles when he race prep-ed it. I was told it has had $4000 in engine work including being balanced and blueprinted, and it has Factory Brand end covers. I can not be sure of that because I have never had to get into the engine further than valve adjustment. All I know for sure is it runs like a scalded cat and has not given me any trouble since I have owned it. Since I bought it in 2004 I did about 3 or 4 track days a year until 2008, and only 1 in early 2009, and none this year. That's why I'm selling it; my bones are getting to old to go that fast any more. The bike is solid; I start it and run it every few months to blow the cobwebs out, but it is being sold AS IS with no guaranty. I know the battery is weak, and I believe the clutch will need replacing soon. the tires are Dunlap D-208's new in 2008 with only one track day on them. There are nicks and scratches but no dents and it has not been down hard. The bike can be made street legal by adding headlights, turn signals, horn, etc., but you can not get a speedo due to the front wheel change, but I still have the 16" front wheel if you want it. Any further questions please let me know. The bike is going no reserve, so good luck.
