As with the civilian version, this motorcycle has the water cooled single cyl 650cc engine, ABS system, under seat fuel tank, heated handgrips, hydraulic disk brakes, side stand, center stand, and a chain final drive. The Authority Package adds: Siren w/ Air Horn, LED red/blue/amber lights, Police Handlebar Control Pods, Engine Guard, Rear Protection Bars, Expandable Hard Saddlebags, Certified Speedometer and Electronics Box which houses the siren driver, LED power pack and the Spare Battery.
