1970 PONTIAC GTO This GTO is listed with a very low reserve. Too many vehicles and not enough time or space to enjoy them! Up for sale is a frame off restored 1970 GTO. The GTO has 15,837 miles on the odometer, but the engine and drive train only have about 400. The engine is not original; however it is a 1968 400 h.o. 4 bolt main engine. The engine was bored 30 thousandths and the crank and rods turned 10-10 thousandths. The cam is a comp cam #274h and has a nice lope to it. It has new ceramic coated ram air 3 exhaust manifolds and all new exhaust. A new four core radiator and aluminum hi volume water pump were installed. The correct carburetor was rebuilt and re-colored. It has a new cadmium plated power brake booster and new master cylinder. A new ram air package was installed under the hood. The four-speed Muncie was completely rebuilt, and a new Hurst shifter installed, along with a new center force clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. The rear was rebuilt with new 3:55 Richmond gears and a new Auburn posi unit installed. Interior is black and has been completely replaced. Paint is cardinal red in base coat/clear coat. The rally 2's 15" rims have been completely restored, with new lug nuts, center caps, and trim rings. Tires are BFG white letter with p235/60x15 on the front and p245/60x15 on the rear and have the same mileage as the engine. Item is listed locally. We reserve the right to end auction early.
