I have both the solid top, and the glass top (purchased from GM), which is a great addition. It is dark smoked glass, so you don't realize it's a glass top until you get really close! I purchased this Corvette new from the dealer (Tracy Chevrolet) in January 2005. It has been strictly a pleasure car, as I have another everyday car (hence the low mileage). It has always been garage kept. It has never left the state of California, and has never been driven in snow or rain! It has never even seen a car wash, as I have always washed and detailed it myself with the best products (McGuire's). It still smells NEW when you open the door, as no one has ever eaten or smoked in it! It has been maintained by Chevrolet dealerships only.
