Collectible Chrysler sedan from the 30's. Runs and drives, but the brakes have not been checked so the car is NOT driveable. The engine and transmission have not been restored, but it does run and shifts good. All glass is good. Windows all roll up and down. 6 wheels come with the car, including the four spoked wheels shown in the pictures. The car is a 6 volt system with no known modifications. Fuel lines were never hooked up, so it currently runs from a small auxiliary tank hung in the engine compartment. Two areas that will need body work are the splash aprons between the floor and the running boards, and the trunk (area between the trunk and the rear bumper. All the original gauges are in nice shape. The vehicle is 90%+ original. The items that have been changed include: Interior - Taken from a later model car Roof - The soft top was replaced with a sheet of metal (could be changed back to a soft top without much trouble, no cutting was done) Battery holder - A holder was fashioned on the firewall. (originally under the front seat) Headlights - Seal beams in the original buckets. The car is in need of restoration. It is in very solid condition for a 75 year old car. Our intention was to fully restore the car and drive it to shows, but since completing another classic we have decided to let this one go to someone else that will hopefully bring it back to life.On Jul-23-10 at 07:31:28 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added a couple of engine compartment pictures. I want to clarify that there are 6 spoked wheels with the car (I indicated 4, but there are 6 identical spoke rims with the car as seen in the pictures). The wheels shown in the pictures are the wheels that go with the car. In addition I found the original front seat metal base/back (no pictures, sorry). It still has the center pull rope on the back. It is in very good condition and also goes with the car for those of you interested in an all original restoration. Sorry, the original front and rear seat springs are gone. I have been asked about trades. I am selling the car out right, and will not be accepting anything in trade. I have looked everywhere and cannot find them. Sorry.
