This was my wife's daily driver up until it was parked back in 1989 and at that time the only issue it had was worn wheel splines. The motor ran great and we had just installed new tires and brakes but the bad splines made it impossible to drive. Bought the wife another car and parked the GT with the intention of a restoration in the future. Since then I have acquired too many projects so I'll have to let this one go. The car is all there and 99% original. There are a few small areas of rust in the usual places for this model but it is a California car and has been since new so they are small and easily repaired. The motor has not been run since 1992 so it will need to be rebuilt. The interior is drying out and cracking but some is salvageable although I would replace the seatcovers, carpet, and headliner for sure. All in all this is a solid candidate for a complete restoration and was a blast to drive. I would prefer local pickup but will leave the option open for the buyer to arrange for some sort of shipping at the buyers expense. The car is located in Southern California.
