1974 Plymouth Duster Coupe - 360 V8, 727 reverse manual valve body racing trans What it needs:- Minor body work to be paint-worthy (has new metal where needed, in flat black primer now)- Paint- Hood (6-pack fiberglass lift-off is what I was going to do)- Grill What it has: Drivetrain- Chrysler 360 cid V8 and k frame- 1971 Chrysler "J" heads (big 2.02 valves), professionally planed and rebuilt with all new rods, Milodon stainless valves, springs, and rockers- Edlebrock Performer RPM Intake - #7176- Edlebrock Performer RPM Hydraulic Cam - #7177 .488 intake, .510 exhaust- Edlebrock Performer RPM Carb - #1407- Hooker headers into custom professional exhaust with dynomax mufflers and dumps before rear wheels on both sides- Custom driveshaft- Professionally rebuilt for racing 727 trans with turbo action reverse manual valve body (clutchless manual) with cooler- Professionally built rearend with 4.11 gears and Detroit Locker no-slip ("posi") differential- MSD 6AL ignition- MSD Plug Wires and coil Interior- Custom professional fiberglass dash- Autometer gauges and switches- Hurst Shifter for reverse manual valve body- Summit Racing bucket seats- New black carpet- Black panels General- Battery relocation kit to trunk- Basically new tires (less than 150 miles) on Center Line Auto Drag aluminum rims- All braided stainless steel fuel lines- New brakes and brake lines (less than 150 miles) This car is a project my Father and I worked on over the summers. I am moving across the country and no longer have the time to complete it, so I am looking to find it a good home. Our goal was to have a fast car we could take to the strip and it could also cruise the streets legally. We got the drivetrain solid and very strong, started on the cosmetics and haven't completed that yet. This would make a great parts car, or you could finish it up fairly easily. I am working on getting the title, since my Father passed in 2006 and my Mother doesn't know where the title is, I am having to fill out various forms to get a new one sent to me. Shouldn't be a problem. I have over $10,000 in parts/labor receipts.
