Hello, The car was professionaly modified into a convertable with a ford V8. The body was reinforced well so the there is no twisting or sagging. The roof has a glass back window, it closes and latches nicely but is not air tight nor completly water tight. When the rear seat back is down the roof folds in and fits good. Even though the rear view mirror is on the dash you can still see behind you easily w the roof up or down. The eng is a ford 5.0 w aluminum heads and is carburated. It was custom fitted and was reciently rebuilt. the radiator was custom made and has 2 cooling fans in front. The transmition is a 5 Speed manual. The breaks are power assisted and the battery in the trunk. It has the original heater which was not modified because of the larger eng. The stock wheels were widened to 6" to accomodate the wider tires. The interior is in good cond: it has cloth reclineable seats and there lots of leg room. The dash has no cracks, the guages all work but except the speedometor, the roll bar supports the retractable seat belts and the interior light. The body was modified and straightened at my body shop in early 1990s. It has been my car since then. I have photos of much of the work done. The crome trim is in great condition and most of it stainless steel. The paint has minor flaws- a couple chips here and there and abt 3-4 minor cracks. There is a small bit of surface rust below the door but no cancerous rust. I'm selling it as i have to many cars and not enough room in my guarage.
