This is the last year of this great model and the simple air cooled design. So if you ever missed your chance to buy a new one, here's the closest thing you will likely find. The bike is a one owner repo. Apparently the owner neither rode nor paid for it, their loss is your gain! I have actually had it for over a year. I kept it around so my pilot buddy could ride with me when he would visit from FL. I have ridden the Bandit several times myself and it is a rocketship. I've owned hundreds of bikes and I can honestly say that this is one of the best all around motorcycles on the planet. Especially for this price! This under 500lb beast is capable of some serious performance in the right hands. If you are a mature, long legged rider you will particularly appreciate the ergonomics. Much more comfortable in the real world than any crotch rocket. You will also like the ''shifting optional'' powerband on this big block bike. This thing will pull from 1500 RPM to redline smoothly without a hiccup. You can pretty much run top gear from 25 MPH on up to 150! Ride, handling and braking are all incredible as well. Comes with top notch Michelin Radials and triple Tokico calipers with floating rotors. The bike feels totally planted at high speeds. The Bandit is in excellent shape and has always been garaged. Everything is 100% original and the bike has not been dropped, damaged or abused. Any flaws you ask? There are a couple of very minor scratches you can see in the last two photos. Also, the carburetor idle jets are a little dirty from lack of use so the warmup and idle could be smoother. Runs and rides fine the way it is but if you're super picky then the carbs should be cleaned. Tank is sparkling clean inside. Other than that she is pretty much like brand new!
