OK guys and gals lets be serious.... If you're seeking a beauty queen.... this is definitely not it!!! will it get you from point "a" to point "b"? ABSOLUTELY!! could it use cosmetic work? sure it can..... will it brake the bank to buy it? HECK NO!! Here's the straight talk on the car: I found this REX laying around in a lady's back yard. It didn't run at the time, (thanks to the "autolite spark plugs it had lol) replaced them with the NGK's, hooked up the jumper cables, pulled the choke, turned the key and she purred again. I've driven it to and from work ever since for the past 3 months. Motor pulls really hard, smooth, and power feels even across both rotors. I never intended on keeping this car ( have 3 rx-7 already and an angry wife so do the math) It has 2 new front tires as of 13 JUNE, AC works just needs a recharge. drivers window motor will not roll down, driver tail lens needs to be put back on ( comes with the car) leaking a bit of oil out of the usual spot (front oil cooler) but only one or 2 drops once you shut it off. New clutch master cylynder, new clutch slave cyl. and new steel braided clutch hose. wheels are in good condition and as you know are rare to find anything other than stock for these cars. car passed inspection with no problems here in NC. it does not have the front rug because it had lots of mildew from sitting at the ladys house (it's removed, car will only have a bare floor up front). Smokes when you first turn it on and then stops.... so in the future it will need those oil ring packings replaced... this however does not in any way currently hinder the vehicles operation. well like I said in the beginning its not a beauty queen but hey what do you expect for just $725.00 bucks?
