This one's a Honda TL 250E with an after market flame paint job. Paint is in good condition. The TL 250 was one hot trials bike back in the day...circa 1975/76. This one is a four-stroke bike with an overhead cam that allows for quick response and power. This one is missing the spark arrester and carb air cleaner. It leaks a bit of fuel (drips) around the fuel lever/valve so probably needs a new one.
