Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Final Payment & Purchase Fees We will add a $295 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 7 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of $25 per day. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, a cashier’s check, certified check, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. If you are the winner, a $500 Non Refundable deposit via Pay Pal within 24 hours of the end of the auction is needed to hold the car until the balance can be sent or the vehicle is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days From END OF AUCTION. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. We will also report you to ebay. If you are seeking financing, please DO NOT BID until your funding has been approved. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements. All checks need to be sent via registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. Vehicle Pickup or Shipping: We are located within Minutes of the Clearwater-St Petersburg Airport and will provide pickup service at no additional charge. You are responsible for Shipping the Vehicle; we will assist in arranging shipping if you need help getting the car home. On shipped vehicles any problems, issues or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax.
