This Corvette has traveled just 86,900 carefully maintained miles since new but it is so superior in its‘ condition that it drives, runs and handles as if it were a 40,000 mile car. Don’t forget that 2004 Corvettes came standard with a 350 horse power V8 engine, 4 speed automatic transmission, dual zone air conditioning, 6 way power seats, fog lights, floor mats, power windows, power door locks, power heated mirrors, cruise control, leather wrapped tilt steering wheel, leather interior, traction control, dual air bags, anti-theft ignition, halogen headlights, traction control, anti-lock 4 wheel disc brakes, tire pressure monitoring system and more. COSMETIC CONDITION: Gorgeous. The white finish is virtually flawless. I examined every panel of the car and found them to be nearly perfect except for two small, almost unnoticeable blemishes. Ask me to email you ultra-close-up photos of these blemishes. Even the bumpers are untouched as are the body side moldings. The interior is in very good condition and wear is minimal even on the driver’s side seat bolster. There’s a slight amount of wear on the small leather section of the drivers’ seat near the seat back adjustment lever. It’s minor and difficult to see, however. The carpet, door panels, convertible top inner head liner , dash and center console are all unmarked and clean. The car has never been smoked in. The convertible top and its’ rear window is original and is in very good condition. CLEANLINESS: The interior, engine compartment and wheel wells have just been detailed and are clean. WHEELS & TIRES: The Corvette has 4 nearly new, matching Falken high-speed, Z-rated tires have less than 3,000 use miles on them. The factory polished aluminum wheels are virtually flawless. MECHANICAL CONDITION: This Corvette is in excellent mechanical condition; running, handling, stopping and accelerating like a nearly new car. Every power accessory works properly, every dash light illuminates, every switch and button operates correctly. The car has been dealer serviced and has received Mobil 1 oil changes since new. This is a reliable, reliable Corvette. The brakes are perfect, the A/C ice cold, the car cool running, electrical issues are non-existent and there are no known problems or issues whatsoever. I’ve owned dozens of Corvettes over the years and this 2004 is the most squeak-free, wind noise-free, rattle-free, problem-free, superb handling, quiet, comfortable, smooth-riding Corvette I’ve driven in years. As it has an 18.5 gallon gas tank it costs $46.50 to fill from dead empty. I can travel 453 miles on one tank of fuel as my Corvette averages 24.5 mpg. Not bad.
