1966 Suzuki K10

This is a premix Suzuki 80cc (pre-oil injection). 4-speed trans. Starts easily, runs and shifts well, clutch works well. Bike is in very good shape, even the speedo/odo works. Tank was replaced with new in 2005 and is in perfect shape inside. Note that dirt bikes of this vintage were dirt bikes in name only, this machine has pretty light springs which can bottom easily, and was intended for a light rider (we live in the country and my wife rode it around the house and to the mailbox). Paint is not original. All chrome on shocks and muffler are in excellent shape, chrome on tank side covers are in very good shape, but rest of the chrome on bike is only OK and has light pitting. All lights worked fine in 2006 but the handgrip assembly shorts out the lighting circuit when its rotated (design flaw), and I quit fixing this after it happened a couple of times, doesn’t work now. Manual included. Have some spare parts I'll throw in. Has a couple of seat tears (see Photos). Tank badges have slight crazing as can be expected for a 44 year old plastic part. Plastic front fender, oversize rear sprocket, accessory petcock, buddy pegs, and aluminum chain guard are non-original parts. Originally had a sheet metal carb cover, now missing, but I never needed it. Has an out of date Calif license plate/reg, but was last registered Colorado offroad in 2008.
