1931 FORD MODEL A COUPE This is a newly built, almost complete, 1931 Ford Coupe with a 4" chopped and filled roof, 4 1/2" channel, has all new metal floor. The original frame is boxed with a 6" kick up in rear. Front end has a 5" dropped tube axle, reverse eye leaf spring and a 2" dropped cross member, 11" disc brakes with 5x4.5 bolt pattern. 4 bar suspension on front and rear with QA1 fully adjustable coil overs on rear. Rear end is a 8" Ford. Complete drive line, engine, trans & rear end that all came out of a 1966 mustang with 53,000 original miles. Engine was rebuilt aprox. 10,000 miles ago. Engine is a 289 with a freshly built 671 supercharger with 600 CFM Edelbrock carbs with Hilborn style scoop. Needs blower drive and belts to complete blower installation. The intake also needs a pop off valve installed. C4 trans. Aluminum radiator with a 1932 Ford 4 1/2" chopped polished stainless steel grill and shell. Rear has frenched 38-39 Ford tail lights with blue dots. Vega steering box with GM column. Wheels are Weld Pro Star 15x4 on front and 15x12 on rear. Tires are Mickey Thompson 26x7.50x15 front and 31x16.5x15 on rear. 11 gallon spun aluminum gas tank. It has original vin # on frame which will make it easy to obtain an original 1931 title. I will give bill of sale, no title. The body is a little rough in areas. The paint is a blue suede and has nice pinstriping. It wouldn't take much to finish this car. I must sacrifice because we are moving.
