Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 2000 Dodge Intrepid ES 3.2 liter engine, Black Leather, 4 disc CD, Automatic or Auto Stick (left shift down, right shift up), Cruise control. Car has 4 brand new tires, new brakes within a year, brand new radiator, new water pump, new windshield wiper fluidand runs excellent. Was my wife's car, but we've just purchased a 2010 vehicle for her. We have owned this vehicle since 90k miles. It has had many new parts since then, and does run rather nicely. Bad: AC does not work, shop said it's the switch in dash, right window operates but comes off track when rolling up, you have to use help to get it back in it's proper place. Good: Car runs very good, engine strong, all gears shift properly, leather very nice. PA INSPECTED 'til 01/11. NO warning Lights on Dash. I have the car listed for sale locally, and reserve the right to end auction early. On Jul-15-10 at 17:51:49 PDT, seller added the following information: BLUE BOOK® SUGGESTED RETAIL VALUE Close Suggested Retail Value Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices for a used car, and the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history, but has not been certified in accordance with any Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program the automaker may offer (for which it may or may not qualify, according to factors such as vehicle age and mileage). This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions. More Photos Condition Value Excellent $4,600 BLUE BOOK® PRIVATE PARTY VALUE Close Private Party Value Kelley Blue Book Private Party Value is the amount a buyer can expect to pay when buying a used car from a private party. The Private Party Value assumes the vehicle is sold "As Is" and carries no warranty (other than any remaining factory warranty). The final sale price may vary depending on the vehicle's actual condition and local market conditions. This value may also be used to derive Fair Market Value for insurance and vehicle donation purposes. More Photos Condition Value Excellent $3,200 Good $2,850 Fair $2,250 These are the Kelley Blue Book retail prices which is what you can sell the car for, and the PRIVATE PARTY value, which is what I should receive for this vehicle. I would say that it is in good condition, but will accept the fair $2250 for the car or something close to that.
