Vehicle Detail

The Engine DOES run but is missing a carburetor and alternator. The body is on ok shape but the rear quarter panels were redone at some point and need a overhaul. The trunk looks to have had a large pice of sheet metal welded in and would be ok if finished. Undernieth the rear end is rusty, it is a convertible that doesnt have a top on it but has a new top and rear curtian still in good shape. The top goes up and down with out any help. The headlights work when turned on they flip up. the interior is ruff missing the rear lower bench seat and the passenger seat. The floors are in great shape and the is a new piece of carpet that has been sitting in the car for a while and should be usuable. the transmission goes forward with no probs but reverse is a hit or miss it might be the linkage or somthing else. I bought it missing a carb put one on and it fired right up and was running strong smoke a bit but the oil has been over filled. I took the carb off and have never had the time to do anything with it. I believe the rear end is the original. This is a great parts car or project but not for the beginner. The doors are in good shape windows are all there and work. I will be loading one pic from my camera phone but will try and get better pics soon. it has all 4 original hub caps, the insignia in the grill is out and i think it can be repaired. this is an as is where is sale and I will give the winning bidder a bill of sale apon payment. located in 05047 all 4 wheels move so loading it with a hauler or trailer will work. I will work with the high bidder but will need it removed with in a reasonable amount of time. please ask all questions before bidding. Over all there is a great deaal of good parts and even if your after the engine and then resell the car it has potential. Again to someone who has the know how it could be reserected! Again ask all questions before bidding and no carburetor or altenator included. Sorry for the bad pics but two of the front one of the right rear quarter panel the worst one and one of the drivers side from the front. The doors fenders and sides are in good shape. happy bidding
