76 Pontiac Trans Am, This car has a 455ci with a 4 speed transmission. The 455 engine that is in this car is a 73. The engine is bored .60 over, heads have been worked some, Edelbrock highrise intake with an 850 Edelbrock quadrajet series carburator. Has MSD 6a box with MSD distributor and wires. The Engine was rebuilt 3000 miles ago,the engine run's but has a back fire. I think the backfire is the cam going out . I had to remove the head on the driver side and when I reinstalled it I torgued the rocker's incorrectly. There is rust in various places, driver side floor board has a 2" diameter hole, rust around back window passenger side. Trunk is solid! Doors shut great! Interior is in decent shape, has rips on drivers seat. Console has a crack. Dashboard is in great shape (no curls!). Has a broken leaf spring. The radiator is polished aluminum
