You are looking at a Beautiful 2005 BMW 330ci, powered by a powerful in-line six-cylinder, 3.0L DOHC, delivering 229 horsepower through an automatic 6 Speed Steptronic Transmission. This 330ci comes with impressive Dynamic Stability Control System, which includes the usual anti-lock, traction control, stability enhancement, and brake control functions, and can compensate for the effects of brake fade and water on the discs. It does so by increasing hydraulic pressure when brake temperatures rise. When the throttle pedal is abruptly released, the brake pads are pressed snugly against the rotors in preparation for braking thus decreasing the brake reaction time. Equipped with windshield-wiper rain-sensing system which detects moisture, the brake pads are periodically brought just close enough to the rotors to wipe away any water film for better braking performance when it is needed. Another nice feature is the connectivity between the rain-sensing wipers and the automatic headlights; when rain activates the wipers it also activates the headlights. Standard equipment includes driver and front passenger front airbags, seat airbags, roll-over protection, (roll bars extend from the rear headrest if car is involved in an accident incase rollover was to occur). The interior design and comfort only reinforces BMW's reputation. It's slightly roomier and quieter than before, and it has more of a luxury car character. Front-seat comfort is first-rate. Rear-seat space is marginally increased and good for the size of the car. Even being a convertible, it is rated to seat 5. Rear leg space is increased by shaping out the rear of the front seats to allow extra leg room for the rear seats. Nighttime access is helped by interior courtesy lighting. For performance driving, the shift lever can be placed in Steptronic mode for manual control. Overseeing the entire chassis arrangement is the automakers Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) technology, which intervenes if a loss of vehicle control is imminent. DSC can be turned off by a push of a button if needed. REASON FOR SALVAGE TITLE: Now for the history of this car, it was involved in a minor front end damage. The Front bumper, hood, left headlight and right headlamp were primarily damaged. The fenders are the original ones from the car, never damaged never painted, if this gives you an idea of how minor this damage was. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have a single scratch on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy anything with major damage. You are looking at a Beautiful 2005 BMW 330ci, powered by a powerful in-line six-cylinder, 3.0L DOHC, delivering 229 horsepower through an automatic 6 Speed Steptronic Transmission.
This 330ci comes with impressive Dynamic Stability Control System, which includes the usual anti-lock, traction control, stability enhancement, and brake control functions, and can compensate for the effects of brake fade and water on the discs. It does so by increasing hydraulic pressure when brake temperatures rise. When the throttle pedal is abruptly released, the brake pads are pressed snugly against the rotors in preparation for braking thus decreasing the brake reaction time.
Equipped with windshield-wiper rain-sensing system which detects moisture, the brake pads are periodically brought just close enough to the rotors to wipe away any water film for better braking performance when it is needed.
Another nice feature is the connectivity between the rain-sensing wipers and the automatic headlights; when rain activates the wipers it also activates the headlights.
Standard equipment includes driver and front passenger front airbags, seat airbags, roll-over protection, (roll bars extend from the rear headrest if car is involved in an accident incase rollover was to occur).
The interior design and comfort only reinforces BMW's reputation. It's slightly roomier and quieter than before, and it has more of a luxury car character. Front-seat comfort is first-rate. Rear-seat space is marginally increased and good for the size of the car. Even being a convertible, it is rated to seat 5. Rear leg space is increased by shaping out the rear of the front seats to allow extra leg room for the rear seats. Nighttime access is helped by interior courtesy lighting.

Now for the history of this car, it was involved in a minor front end damage. The Front bumper, hood, left headlight and right headlamp were primarily damaged. The fenders are the original ones from the car, never damaged never painted, if this gives you an idea of how minor this damage was. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have a single scratch on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy anything with major damage. Every state has a different process for registering a salvage vehicle, so please be sure to contact your local DMV for procedures to registering in your state. Most states have a pretty simple process, for example in the State of California, the only requirements are a Brake and Light Inspection, Smog, and a Vin Verification. The whole process takes about two hours, and you are ready to register the car. (We take car of that for California Buyers). | | TERMS OF SALE Placing a Bid: By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle and you agree to abide by all terms of sale set forth herein. Vehicle Transportation Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. If you have a question about shipping please contact us. To approximately calculate shipping to your residence, it is about 30 cents per mile. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require advance notice. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within forty-eight (48) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal to ramunasulinskas@Yahoo.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) days from the end of auction. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, pay-pal (+ 3% fee) or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the next business days or until the funds clear (usually 1 business day. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles until funds clear. Bidder’s Age You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for a reasonable amount of time….10 days. After that, a storage charge of $20/day will start accruing. Liquidated Damages In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount allowed with small claims. Once again, if you are not serious about following through with a purchase, do NOT bid. Sales Tax & Other Fees All Buyers in the State of California will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered (inquire by email or phone for tax information). Registration and Transfer in State of California will be done by LT Motors. We are able to provide you with new license plates and registration in your name either same day as the sale of next business day. For out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit. There is no additional fees for us registering the car for you in California like most other dealers, or any other fees for documents we must provide in order for you to register the vehicle in your state.
