I bought this truck from the second owner, in Dillon CO. Until November of last year this truck had never been below 9000 ft. in elevation therefor the rust and decay is minimal... for a 42 year old truck. The motor is a 360 c.i. engine, and it runs very well. I drove it from Colorado to Louisville KY without incident. I have replaced the clutch and throw out bearing the rear driveshaft is new, it has a new fuel pump, brand new 10 ply radials on the back, new battery and alternator and voltage regulator. I have four new shocks Ill throw in as well. Because of the elevation change Im fairly certain the carburetor will need to be jetted...as well the timing could use advancing other than that this truck is a beast. I live in the big city now and this truck is just not necessary for me. the flatbed is huge and the G.V.W. is 6300 lbs. this truck is ready to drive away. I will not be responsible for shipping...you gotta come and get it. I bought it for 2300 and Im asking 2500 because of the investments in parts and work Ive put into it. I love this truck so it would be difficult for me to let it go for any less than that amount. I feel like this is a very good deal because this thing still has a lot of life in her yet.
