I’m seller this 1975 280Z for far less than what I’ve put into it; far less. It began as a Father-Son project car a few years ago (original photo included) and progressed into a very nicely restored 280Z. Unfortunately, the car got a little too acquainted with a guard rail, and damaged the passenger side of the car at a time when there was only liability insurance on it, and I just couldn’t put any more money into. The wreck occurred in 2005 and the car has remained parked for nearly all of the past 5 years. There is no rust on the car, other than some light surface rust from the wreck which can be seen in the pictures, but is clean otherwise. It was a Southern California car when I bought it, so rust wasn’t a problem. The car has plenty of upgrades and with a few tweaks here and there it could be a daily driver or would make a perfect track car. It has a brand new engine purchased directly from Nissan, and installed by Crawford Z Car, one of the best Z car mechanics in the country (invoices are pictured below). I’ve included the invoice from Crawford’s for the engine install, together with a current odometer photo so you can see that the engine has only 6147 miles on it, and runs fine. I also have an invoice detailing the installation of the shocks, springs, and Urethane suspension bushings.
