Normally one may see a Volvo 240DL Wagon worn and rusty and beat up with several hundred thousand miles yet still standing! Volvo lovers know the inherent quality of the vehicle and most know they should have made more. They're tireless, ageless good looking rides that are becoming more and more popular. Well take a look at this! This is a private sale and in top condition inside and out. It has been well maintained and easily apparent by its looks but better yet, its ride quality reflects new car riding comfort and reliability. Recent work includes new alternator, new brakes, oil change and tune-up. You may say after a drive that it must have been lightly used because it just drives so well and so quiet and so refined. Vehicle was basically owned by two owners in Richmond. Richmond owner 1 had the car from 89 to 96, owner 2 from 96 to March of 2010. I have had several of them and they all ran well but this one is flawless. The ride quality of this wagon is second to none thanks to an expensive set of Michelin Tires with little to no tread wear. Feel confident driving this one out of my driveway and cross country! This is a lot of car for the money. The interior is in very good condition and the Volvo weather guard floor mats will stay with the car. The dash is not faded but reflects the typical cracks evident with most of them. All of the factory glass is crystal clear. The heated seats work. The headliner is in top condition. You can see the hatchback interior shows little to no wear. A nice roof rack comes with this one... The exterior is near flawless and the paint is original and in top condition. The report does reflect an accident in 2007 but unaware of it in appearance and driving quality. I have had now. Not a one comes close to this one in ride quality and overall original looks. Even the heated seats work and the overdrive works on the shifter. Most of them do not! AC is newly serviced and ice cold! Vehicle has never been smoked in and the mature owners are local to Richmond. With a new inspection, hurry if you are looking for a great good looking wagon, this will not last! I just had the car serviced and front brakes installed, belts, tune-up and AC has been converted, charged and ice cold. The spare tire hidden on the side and jack is in place, all tools under the rear locking compartment is neatly tucked away... No rust anywhere on this car plus you can see the exhaust is less then a few months old and factory, not an aftermarket unit!
