This is a 2002 Land Rover Discovery Westminster Edition. The car was purchased by me in 2005 and has been a pleasure to drive. The smooth and solid feel and ride of these can't be replicated! Since I've owned it, there have been the usual wear and tear that comes with a vehicle that's 8 years old. It has a couple of faded wheel guards, a scratch along the exterior rear passenger side panel, a small indentation in the same side of the body just under the top passenger tail light. That tail light has a fuse out, but the top and other rear light are fine. The front passenger lamp washer is missing. These are all seen in the photos and can easily and inexpensively be corrected. Just aesthetics. The car is completely been smoke free by the original owner as well as myself. The front passenger window motor is out, and the part can be ordered on ebay for $150 or so. The engine is in perfect running order...it has a battery replaced less than a year ago, a new igntion coil and spark plug/wire pack put in by local Land Rover dealer in early May. There is a slow oil leak that is typical with these vehicles from accumulation, but I've been advised by Land Rover dealer with prompt oil changes the leak is insignificant. The electrical is in perfect order. I took out the stock radio and replaced it with a new Pioneer cd/mp3/ipod deck that has remote and usb wire in glove compartment for your ipod. Tires have 60 percent if not more, as seen in photos. Bottom line: this is an incredibly solid, smooth running vehicle that performs. Other than the few small fixes mentioned it will run for another 100,000 miles if not more! This car was $40k new, I bought it for $26k in 2005, and now someone is going to steal this thing from me because I need the money and have to let it go!
