You can own this car for a mere fraction of what I paid for it just 2 years ago. I am only the second owner of this vehicle. I purchased the car for several reasons: 1. It has built-in child booster seats. It also has rear-facing third-row seating. 2. Volvo’s safety record. 3. There is plenty of cargo room in the rear for carrying lots of stuff. With this car, you can have all the capabilities of an SUV but with a much better ride and better gas mileage (18 mpg/City & 24 mpg/Highway)! The engine is a 5-cylinder 2.4 liter turbo-charged. The car is very responsive on the highway or around town. The transmission is an All Wheel Drive automatic with manual override. There is a small scratch along the right rear of the car. Also, the check engine light is on and I will have it checked out before the winning bidder picks up the car. The metallic green paint is in excellent shape and it definitely holds a shine well as you can see from the pictures. This V70 is beautiful and you can't beat the color combination. The interior is in very nice condition. The carpets have little wear and the leather is clean with far less than average wear for a light colored car. This car is in great shape. The engine bay is very clean and all accessories work properly under the hood. The car is very quiet when you are in the cabin. The belts are in good shape. The test drive backed up what we found during our inspection. The steering is responsive and the engine runs well with no noises. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1) Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are the buyer’s responsibility. 7) Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "AS IS-WHERE IS". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. 8) Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. 9) Title Information: If payment is made by cashiers check or personal check, I will hold the title for 10 days or until funds have cleared. 10) Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. I will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my possession or any delays in shipping for any reason. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 5-21 days from the date the vehicle is picked up until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. 11) Finalizing your Purchase: I will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with me via e-mail to make arrangements to complete their transaction and leave a deposit. This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the auctions close. I reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. I will use all available recourse to recover lost fees. Deposit will be in the amount of $1,000.00 by cash in person, or Pay-Pal. Failure to leave a deposit within the specified time frame will result in re-listing of the vehicle and the bidder being charged E-bays final value fee and any fees associated with re-listing the vehicle. Within 5 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by cash in person or bank certified funds to Seller. If Deposit is made but payment is not finalized in time allowed in these terms then the car may be re-listed and your deposit will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment all funds must be cleared and paperwork signed. 12) Please also note that a storage fee of $25 per day will be charged starting one week from conclusion of auction unless arrangements are made either in writing or via email that state otherwise.
