If you are looking to build a short bumper Maverick, this is one of the best Cars you will find. This Is one of the most straight and Solid Mavericks I have seen, the frame is Solid as a rock, As is the trunk Pan, The Cowl is Solid, there is No Bondo In the Rear Quarters, The splashpans are straight. The doors open and close as good as the day they were new. There is some bondo spots on the hood lip, corner of the passenger side door, and trunk lid, small spot on the front passenger fender and a small area on the roof. There are some rust pinholes, see pics, and the underside lip of the hood is rusted through. The floorpans need patched, they can be saved without replacing them. Windshield is cracked but all other glass is good. I have driven this on the road BUT I would trailer it home, the radiator is shot and the carburetor is flooding, the choke is hung up. This car was Lime Green Gold Metallic with Gold Interior.I am going to include a pic of the car when it was green to show you there hasn't been alot of bondo before primer. I have the original hubcaps, Owners Manual, Factory Warranties etc. The Original Spare is still in the trunk and the Jack is still inplace along with the 4 way lug that came with the car. The car has never been repainted, It was a 1 owner car, the Old Man handed the Car down to his grandson who started spreading bondo, and primer he spray painted the front door panels and let the car sit. This was a very nice car, It is very close to being ready to paint but still needs a little minor body work before it is painted. It needs new bumpers, these were painted silver. Needs a new ignition switch, this one is not engaging the starter when the key is turned all of the way over. There is no title as Georgia is a non title state on pre 1986, it will come with a legal Georgia bill of Sale and if your state requires a Title, I can register the car here at your cost ($20.00) in order to obtain a registration card to go along with your bill of sale.
