Vehicle Detail
Ok vintage CB fans. Up for auction is my 1972 Honda Cb350f four.Bike is completely stock and original with the exception of the exhaust, which is how I purchased it, and I replaced the spokes front and rear because they were a little dull. I do NOT have the stock exhaust. I've owned this gem for about 2 years. It had previously been stored in a heated shop and covered since 1992. The bike is registered, insured and I have a clean title in my name in hand.I went through the bike completely when I purchased it.Oil and filter, fork oil, battery, front caliper and master rebuild as well as a complete carb rebuild. I detailed the bike and the result is what you see in the accompanying photos. Paint is all original and is pretty damned nice. A few scratches on the tank and headlight bracket, shown in photos. There are No dents at all...0... in the tank, pretty amazing for 37 years. Chrome is very good on the rims, fenders bars and mirrors. Some slight pitting on the directionals and the grabs, slight. Almost Everything works...the horn button needs to be replaced but the horn works Perfectly, directionals, lights.starter all work excellent. Very cool. Tires had been replaced with period correct rubber and are in excellent shape (by previous owener. Bike starts and runs nicely, kick or electric, and the exhaust sounds really nice. Bike is a little cold blooded, as are my other cb's, twins and fours. I replaced the jetting with the same jets that came out of the carbs, although I cannot recall the specs. I have way too many bikes,so it's time for someone else to enjoy this one. Attaching a load of pics, so check em' out and ask any Q' and I'll answer them. Pay Pal is the method and shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Local pick up and/or inspection can be arranged also. O.K. that's enough typing...thanks for looking and good luck!
