Bank Repossession for Sale. CAVEAT EMPTOR is the motto for this auction. If you are not sure as to the translation of that wonderful old Latin phrase, it is "Let the buyer beware". This Ford E-350 Van is being sold for a small community bank in eastern Missouri. The van was surrendered by the borrower forllowing demand for payment on a promissory note. We have not had any mechanical inspections performed upon the Van. I have driven the Van approximately 3 miles. It steered true, stopped strait and the Air Conditioning worked perfectly. The radio functioned on both FM and AM bands. The drivers seat shows considerable wear and there are holes in the headlinger above the passenger's seat. According to Ebay, the VIN number indicated that this Van was equipped from the factory with a V-10 motor. I have not pulled the dog house to check out the distributor cap to verifiy Ebay's accuracy, but if there is anybody who desires additional verification of this information, let me know. The tires appears to be in average condition with good remaining tread-life. As stated previously the seats are worn and the driver seat has some holes. The windshield has an extremely significant crack and will probably have to be replaced prior to licensing. . The Left front fender has a significant dent which I have incorporated into the protographs attached. There are aslo dents in the right side door hinge area. The shelving and partition componenmts are part and parcel of this sale. This Ford E-350 Van is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied.
